Job Description

BellCornerstone will soon be seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our team. This position will be offered as either part-time or full-time, with flexible hours and competitive pay. The position available provides an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to enter the commercial real estate industry.


Candidate must have excellent computer skills with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound telesales calls to gather data, qualify potential prospects, and generate interest in our services and properties

  • Assisting in the process for auctioning properties

  • Qualifying potential prospects and properties

  • Assisting real estate brokers in the deal completion process

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to speak to business professionals with ease

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
